More Facts About The Nigeria Student Loan

The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) provides eligible students with an annual loan of ₦500,000 to cover tuition fees, amounting to ₦2 million over a typical four-year course.

In addition to covering tuition, NELFUND offers a monthly upkeep stipend to assist with living expenses during studies. As of August 2024, beneficiaries have been receiving ₦20,000 per month.

This financial support aims to alleviate the economic challenges faced by students, enabling them to focus on their education without the burden of financial constraints.
